Welcome to my sample NCOER bullets page. Within these pages, I have compiled a list of sample NCOER bullets to aid in your NCOER preparation. For each performance evaluation, professionalism, attributes, and competencies bullets listed in PART IV of the NCOER, I have categorized each of the bullets into what I consider as met Far Exceeded Standard, Exceeded Standard, Met Standard, and Did Not Meet Standard.
If you are having trouble coming up with bullets for your NCOERs, it is my hope that these bullets can aid you in overcoming your "writers block." Please keep in mind that these bullets are not meant to be "cookie cutter" i.e. cut and paste solutions. They should be used as a guide to come up with tailored bullets that uniquely identify the most important accomplishments of your particular NCO. Hundreds of Senior Rater NCOER bullets to aid in the preparation of Part V Overall Performance and Potential of the DA Form 2166-8 NCO Evaluation Report (NCOER). These bullets may continue to prove benefitial as an aid in developing a Senior Rater Narrative; however, they will soon be replaced with with actual Narrative Statements in order to fully support the recent changes in AR 623-3 and DA PAM 623-3.
